Advanced Answering Center has partnered with call centers in both the United States and Canada to create an annual STEPtember event to promote employee wellness through movement and friendly competition.
This Walking Challenge has each team member track their steps taken for a week and enter them into a web site. The site has individual and team leader boards to encourage competition. At the end of 7 days, the company with the highest average number of steps per participant wins. This year, we are looking to win back the trophy by encouraging employees to get outside and enjoy the beautiful Vermont Fall weather!
