Advanced Answering Center Expands Services Through System Upgrades

Advanced Answering Center has recently upgraded all system features and hardware.  This upgrade allows for enhanced call scripting, flexible call routing and automated dispatch.  These features streamline the call handling process enabling our staff to train quicker and continue to execute the excellent customer service our customers have come to expect.  We are now able to offer a more efficient web based on call scheduling program and custom reporting options as well.
