We have been able to manage our growth because of our partnership with Advanced Answering Center and Central Vermont Communications (CVC Paging). They provide front-line customer contact and allow us to screen calls according to our commitment schedule.

Our medical practice has utilized Advanced Answering Center for several years. We have always been pleased with the quality of the service that they provide. They have demonstrated the consistent ability to effectively manage our after hours telephone calls and have been very responsive to any special needs that we may have. Fletcher Allen converted over 900 pagers to CVC Paging last year after another Vermont paging vendor went out of business. I am hard pressed to name another telecom vendor that has worked as hard as CVC Paging has at being timely, cooperative, or competitive. They have thoroughly understood our need for reliable and customer oriented paging service.

I work with CVC to program pagers, set up new pagers, etc. and they are always friendly, as well as patient. They will take the time to walk you through whatever situation may arise. I cannot stress enough how dedicated the staff at CVC Paging is to making our pager process run smooth.

Coverage throughout Vermont had been a problem at our Medical Center for years. We had tried multiple vendors and solutions with less than desirable results. Rutland Area Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice (RAVNAH) has been a customer of Advanced Answering Center and CVC Paging since 1988. They provide a very effective answering service and paging system that connects our clients to RAVNAH’s nursing services when the main office is closed.
